$5 movies – all year long! That’s what members of Civic Theatre of Allentown enjoy as part of their benefit package. Members also enjoy significant discounts on live theatre performances, invitations to special events at the theatre, and FREE popcorn on member Mondays.

Most importantly, contributing to Civic Theatre as a member is a great way to continue the tradition of both live entertainment and quality independent film here in one of Allentown’s last remaining historic venues. When you become a member at Civic Theatre, you support the theatre’s programming, outreach and more – while receiving exclusive benefits and privileges.

Membership is vital to the day-to-day existence of Civic Theatre. Our film and theatre box office revenue represent less than 60% of the cost of running the theatre. With an aging historic facility with huge maintenance obligations and ever increasing operating costs, Civic Theatre needs support from its members to continue to be a vital cultural organization as well as an economic development engine for Allentown’s West End Theatre District neighborhood.
