The Mainstage debut of Theatre514, our brand-new black box space. It's across the street from Civic's 19th Street Theatre, where we usually perform. While we used it for some second-stage performances last season, this season will feature our first two Mainstage productions there: Stephen Sondheim's Passion, opening in February, and Dirty Blonde, in June. Our first five-show Mainstage season in more than a decade. The new space allows us to present even more great theatre this season, and we've selected a diverse and intriguing lineup of great plays for you to choose from! You can subscribe to three, four, or all five, and save as much as 25%! Year two of the Resident Co., a group of young thespians at the start of their careers. The Resident Co. will spend nine months here at Civic, exploring every aspect of theatre, performing in three of this season's five Civic for Young Audiences productions. The new 514Works program, giving theatre artists in the community a chance to present small-scale work over in Theatre514. That's only the beginning!
