Seating Chart TICKET POLICIES
  • No refunds. At management's discretion, tickets may be exchanged for another performance of the same play.
  • Latecomers will be seated at the house manager's discretion. We will not disrupt a performance to seat latecomers in their ticketed seats. If you arrive late, please expect to sit or stand in the back until intermission.
  • Doors open 30 minutes prior to each performance.
  • No cameras, recording devices, photographic equipment or video cameras are permitted in theatre.
  • Everyone in attendance must have a ticket, regardless of age. We reserve the right to refuse tickets to children under age 5, or to patrons who are, in our estimation, too young to attend a particular production due to adult content.
  • Student/senior discount applies to:
    • all children
    • students in grades 1-12
    • any enrolled, full-time undergrad student, w/ valid I.D.
    • patrons 60 years and older
  • Civic Theatre's auditorium and restrooms are all accessible by wheelchair. Wheelchair spaces are limited; patrons should inform the box office if they wish to remain in a wheelchair during the performance.

WEATHER CANCELLATIONS

The show must go on, as they say. Civic Theatre will cancel a public performance only in the event that weather conditions force the state to close the roads. If bad weather is forecast, please budget plenty of time to drive to the theatre safely.

It is the policy of Civic Theatre not to refund tickets for a performance that is not cancelled. However, if you are unable to attend a performance due to weather conditions, we will make every effort to honor exchange requests. Please be aware of the following conditions:
  • Requests to exchange tickets MUST be made at least two hours prior to the performance for which the tickets are reserved. We can only resell available seats if we know in advance that they are available. Exchange requests made after the event has occurred cannot be honored.
  • Seating is subject to availability. Some performances may be unavailable, and seat location will change.
  • If we cannot accommodate an exchange request due to ticket availability, we will exchange tickets for vouchers for a future Civic performance.
If a performance is cancelled by Civic Theatre, tickets will be exchanged or refunded, whichever the patron prefers. We will make a reasonable effort to contact patrons whose telephone numbers we have.
